    1 cucumber with peel
    1 large tomato
    1/2 C sliced onions
    1 C light sour cream
    salt & peper to taste


cut cucumber into slices, cut tomato into bite size pieces, slice onions thin. Mix in sour cream and salt and peper to taste. put in frige for 1/2 hour for the tastes to blend.

    Cut grape tomaoes in half, peeled sliced and halved the English cucumber and bought pre sliced fresh onion which I coursely chopped. Interesting taste, I like it. - 7/30/07
