Introduction

I love Moo Shu Pork and this works to fill that craving to avoid eating out. Can also be made with chicken. Calories for pork. Serve with Imitator Mandarin Pancakes. Ingredients

    5 oz pork chop
    4 green onions
    1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 cup hoisin sauce
    1 T sesame oil
    2 oz carrot shreads
    6 oz. cole slaw mix

Directions

Pound pork chops thin, cut into strips. Thinly slice green onion, Coarsely chop water chestnuts. Combine hoisin sauce and 2 teaspoons sesame oil, set aside. Measure out carrots and cabbage.

In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil, add pork to skillet cook until no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add green onions, water chestnuts, cole slaw/carrot mix and hoisin sauce mixture. Cook 2-3 minutes until heated through, toss to coat.

Spoon into Imitator Mandarin Pancakes (different recipe).
