    Miso paste, about 2 tbsp
    Japanese Vermicelli, 2 oz quick cooking
    Tofu, extra firm, 0.2 block
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 2 cloves, peeled
    Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia)


Boil the water. Reduce the heat. Add garlic and ginger and simmer 8 minutes.Remove garlic and ginger. Add noodles. Take a couple of tbsp of liquid and whisk with the miso paste. Add miso to water and let it sit for a few minutes. Ready to eat.
