Ingredients

    .75 c wheat flour
    .75 c white flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    .25 tsp baking soda
    .25 tsp salt
    .25 tsp baking powder
    .25 tsp nutmeg
    1 egg
    .5 c brown sugar
    .5 c honey
    1 c shredded zucchini
    .25 c apple sauce

Directions

Combine the wet ingredients, combine dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients, mix until lumpy. Bake @ 350 for 55-60 minutes.
