Ingredients

    4 Cups Turkey Broth
    1 Medium Onion Chopped
    1 Cup Chopped Celery
    1 Cup Chopped Carrots
    1 Cup Turkey meat left over from Christmas/Thanksgiving
    1/2 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper/ or to taste
    1 Cup Fido Noodles

Directions

Put all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer till vegetables are tender.

Boil noodles per instructions and add to soup just before serving.

Makes 10 one cup servings.
