Ingredients

    7 cups water
    1 Tbsp fish sauce
    3 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 bouillon cube
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    2 diced tomatoes
    1 diced celery stalk
    2 tsp chili garlic sauce
    pinch fresh cilantro
    dash onion powder
    1 package lite tofu

Directions

bring water, bouillon, fish sauce, and lemon juice to boil

all other ingredients except cilantro and let simmer for about 15 minutes

add cilantro at the end

makes 8.5 cups
