    145g Grated Cheddar Cheese (Iused reduced fat)
    4Tsps Wholegrain Mustard
    4 Tbsp Lite Sour Cream
    4 Pieces thick cod about 170g each
    Pepper to taste
    3 Tomatoes sliced


1 Prehaet oven at 200c and grease 4 individual gratin dishes.

2 Mix together the cheese, mustard and sour cream. Place a piece of fish in the dish and season lightly. Top with tomato slices, then spoon over the cheese mixture.

Serves 4
3Cook at top of oven for 25 minutes till the cheese has melted and golden brown and the fish cooked through.

If you cant find thick ,buy fillets and fold them over.
