    2 tbsp butter
    1 small onions, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1/8 cup ground pork
    1/8 cup ground veal
    1/8 cup ground beef
    1/8 cup ground turkey
    4 large potatoes, cubed small
    3 1/2 oz white wine
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1 tbsp pepper
    1 tsp nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp tarragon, ground
    1/4 cup sweet corn
    1 cup canned tomatoes, with juice
    1 tsbp + 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
    6 tbsp sour cream
    3/4 cup shredded cheese


Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic, ground meat, and potatoes and cook until meat in cooked through. Add wine to deglaze the pan. Add seasoning, tomatoes, and corn. Cook until potatoes are tender. Divide into 6 bowls, top with chili sauce, cheese, and sour cream.
