    1 (20oz can) Pineapple chunks
    3 T vinegar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup water
    1 T soy sauce
    3 T cornstarch
    1 large green pepper cut into strips


Drain Pineapple and reserve juice. Set pineapple aside. Add water to juice to make 1 Cup. Pour into large skillet. Add 1/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add pineapple, and green pepper. Choose your favorite meatballs to add and heat for 20 minutes. Serve over rice if desired. Makes 5 servings once meatballs are added.
