Ingredients

    1 can whole tomatoes, slightly pureed
    1 can rotel chiles
    1 can chili-ready tomatoes
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 lb chicken breasts/strips, cubed
    3 T canola oil
    2/3 c flour
    4-6 cups water
    2-3 T roasted green chile
    spices (cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper) to taste

Directions

Cook chicken and onion in large pot w/ canola oil. Add 2 T of flour and water to coat chicken. Add remaining ingredients and cook for approximately 20-30 minutes.
(If you need to add flour to make it thicker, mix flour with a little bit of water and pour into the pot.)
Serves approximately 10.
Serving size = 1.5 cups.
