    * Beef, tenderloin, 2 lb (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 283 grams (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup (remove)
    * Paprika, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Sour Cream, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .06 cup (remove)
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Egg Noodles, enriched, 8 oz (remove)


Cut meat into 1in cubes - or buy beef for stew.
Place beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, paprika & salt in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours. Mix sour cream, flour & mustard in bowl & add to pot when done cooking. Cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile make egg noodles. MIx & serve.
Makes 5pounds 2 oz total - 2 spoonfuls = 13oz. = 1 serving - serves 6
