Ingredients

    1/2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, shelled
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 cup chopped pineapple
    2 sm. onions, cut in wedges
    1 each green, yellow, & red pepper or, cut into squares
    2 cups whole mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Thaw shrimp if frozen for sauce in a small saucepan. Combine catsup, water, chopped onion and brown sugar. Stir in the lemon juice, cooking oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. Simmer the sauce uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Meanwhile, on 6 skewers, thread steak pieces alternately with shrimp, mushroom, onion, peppers, and pineapple. Grill kebabs over medium-hot coals to desired doneness. Turn often and brush with sauce. Makes 6 servings.
