Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Cream Cheese (Fat Free)
    1/2 cup Sugar
    2 tbsp Margarine
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup oil
    1 box Yellow Cake Mix

Directions

Mix softened cream cheese with other ingredients.

Pour into greased bunt pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the middle clean.

Can make 20 servings, if you cut small pieces.

    GREAT AND EASY, PORTION CONTROL IF YOU ARE COUNTING CALORIES. I ADDED BLUE BERRIES AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT!
    AS FOR THE BERRIES ABOUT A CUP AND A HALF BUT A CUP OR EVEN 3/4THS WOULD SUITE MOST, I JUST COOK ON THE FLY AND OFTEN USE UP WHAT I HAVE.
