Introduction

This is a smoothie my dietitian and I made when I was admitted to hospital a while ago. It's very healthy, large, and tastes AWESOME!
Other patients saw it (and smelt) it and could not resist making one with me. Kids would definately enjoy this great tasting (while healthy) treat!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup - Orange Juice

    1.5 cups - Frozen Berries
    (Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.)

    200 grams - Fat Free Yogurt
    (Used regular, creamy kind in hospital, tastes the same.)

Directions

*Place all ingredients in blender and mix.*

~I put orange juice in first, the yogurt, and then half of the required berries.
~Blend on slow, and increase speed until well blended.
~Add the rest of the berries.
~Blend on slow, and increase speed until well blended.
~Pour in large glass and ENJOY! :)
