    *Egg Product Meijer Brand, 4 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Garlic, .25 tsp (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt, .13 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .13 tsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *Meijer 2% Milk Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, 0.12 cup (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)


Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Cook peppers, onions and garlic for approximately 2 minutes over medium heat. Stir in spinach and cook until slightly wilted. Add egg product and seasonings: cook over medium heat until eggs are thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle cheese over top and allow to melt.
