Introduction

Ingredients

3 pounds lean ground beef
6 slices light wheat bread, torn in pieces
2 cups 1% milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons each--horseradish, catsup and Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. each--pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except 3/4 cup catsup and brown sugar. Spread in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and drain any excess fat (carefully!) Mix catsup and brown sugar, spread over cooked meatloaf. Return pan to oven for 10-15 minutes or until catsup is bubbly. The celery and garlic salt are not calculated in because I couldn't find them on the food list.
