Introduction

Low cal, yummy cream of brocolli soup Low cal, yummy cream of brocolli soup
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 tbs butter

    1 chopped onion

    4 cups chopped brocolli

    2 cups 2% milk

    fat free sour cream

    1/4/ tsp all spice

    bay leaf

    a dash of thyme

    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter and saute onion until translucent

Add brocolli and water. Cover and cook unti brocolli is very tender.

Remove bay leaf and puree soup with milk intill blender

Whisk in sour cream and remaining spices.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
