Ingredients

    1 c Flour
    1 c Buttermilk
    1 T Oil
    1 T Sugar
    1 t salt
    1 t baking soda
    1/2 t baking powder
    2 eggs

Directions

Beat eggs, add buttermilk and oil. Mix. Add dry ingredients. Mix throughly. Create 8 pancakes on non-stick pan. Turn after the edges are light brown. Serve.
