    Creamy Chicken and Chile Enchiladas

    1 lb uncooked chicken breast strips
    8 oz cream cheese
    1- 4.5 oz can green chiles
    12-6" flour tortillas
    2- 12 oz cans green chilie enchilada sauce
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Heat oven to 400*. SPray 9 X 13 baking dish.
    Cook chicken over med-high heat in 10" skillet until no longer pink in the middle.
    Reduce to med heat and stir in cream cheese and chiles until melted. Remove from heat.
    Spoon filling into tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish.
    Poor sauce over top. Spinkle with cheese.
    Bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted.

    Makes 12 servings, 264 calories each.
