    turkey sausage
    chopped onion
    biscuit mix
    egg beates
    frozen broccoli
    canned mushrooms
    minced garlic
    2% cheese


Remove casings from sausage, brown with chopped onion.
Defrost broccoli.
Mix biscuit mix, egg substitute, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, broccoli & mushrooms in a bowl.
In a 9x13 pan coated with non stick spray, spread sausage mixture on the bottom of pan.
cover with biscut mix, etc.
sprinkle with cheese.
Bake covered for 35 minutes uncover the last 5 min
