Number of Servings: 16


    4 ripe avocados (easily press fingers into them without breaking skin)
    1/2 medium sized onion, chopped finely
    1 plum tomato, chopped finely
    juice of two limes
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 C. fresh cilantro chopped


Remove skin and seeds from avocados; mash in a large dish. Add finely chopped onion and tomato; garlic to taste and lime juice. Add cilantro immediately before serving. Mix all ingredients together. Best if chills and flavors meld a little before serving. Does not keep well - top layer turns brown overnight. Serve with corn tortilla chips (not included in nutrition calclation).
