    1 cup sundried tomatoes (soft, not in oil)
    Fresh basil
    1 lb ground chicken
    1 tablespoon grill seasoning
    1 tablespoon fennel seed
    2 teaspoons and 1 tablespoon olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    Red pepper flakes to taste
    16-oz can crushed tomatoes
    8-oz can tomato sauce
    6 cups whole-wheat pasta


Chop sundried tomatoes and basil and put in a bowl with the chicken, grill seasoning, fennel, and 2 teaspoons olive oil. Mix and form into golf-ball sized spheres. Cook on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Mince garlic and put in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, red pepper flakes, and onion. Cook over low heat.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir, and let cook a few minutes. Tear up more basil, add to sauce and stir.
Boil pasta according to package directions. Add to the tomato sauce, add the meatballs, stir together, and serve.
