Ingredients

    3 oz lean pc pork (chop in processor)
    1 - 12oz bag grated(straws) mixed green,red cabbage,carrots, broccoli
    2 ribs of celery chopped in processer
    6 tblsp.or take out packets soy sauce
    1 tbsp onion flakes
    1tsp.garlic powder
    1 small can water chesnuts drained and chopped
    1/2 c. water
    Egg roll wraps
    water

Directions

Brown lean ground pork in well sprayed pan and add dry seasonings and soy sauce, put to the side. In large sprayed skillet saute chopped celery, water and mixed chopped vegtables together till cabbage is tender. Add meat mixture to vegtable mixture gently mixing together well, put to the side to cool. Place 2 tbpls of filling on egg roll wrapper with point towards you. Wrap gently but tightly till you reach the pointed sides then dampen sides with a little water and fold towards middle. Continue rolling towards end point , dampen end and finish rolling. Continue till all done. I usually place mine on a sheet of wax paper in a pastic container with a tight lid till I brown them.
Spray lightly with pam or other 0 calorie spray and place in toaster over at 325 browning eat side for 5 minutes.
