    8 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 cup of cooked White Rice
    1/4 cuo of Salsa
    Two whole Green Peppers (tops & seeds removed)
    1 cup Hunt's Pasta Sauce


Mix the first three ingredients together in a bowl. and season to taste. Divide mixture into two portion. Stuff each pepper with one of the two portions of meat / rice mixture. Place in glass loaf pan, top with pasta sause. Cover and bake for 60 - 90 minutes at 400.
