These homemade burgers are delicious! Plain prepared horseradish can be used, I only had the creamy version. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste. Ingredients

    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    3 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp roasted garlic puree (or 2 cloves, crushed)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    2 tsp horseradish
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

This recipe makes 2 burgers that will fit onto D'Italiano Thintini buns perfectly.
Make paste with olive oil, garlic puree, salt, pepper, Worchestershire Sauce, and horseradish. Mix thoroughly into lean ground beef. Form into 2 patties and press thumb into centre (almost all the way thru) to prevent shrinkage when cooking. Place into fridge to chill to help prevent breakage when grilling/pan frying.

Cook until done, garnish as desired. Enjoy!
