    1lb chicken
    Can Healthy Select Light Southwestern Vegetable soup
    1 can V8 Hot and Spicey
    1/4 cup mexican cheese
    Canned corn
    Canned black beans

Directions

Cook chicken then shred. Add can of soup, corn and beans. Simmer until hot. Serve with chips and sour cream.
