Number of Servings: 8


    2 cups of ham
    10 oz frozen broccoli - rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c cheddar cheese - grated
    1 c milk
    3 lg eggs
    1 c Bisquick (r) baking mix
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp thyme

    1/2 c Bisquick (r) baking mix
    1/4 c sliced almonds
    1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp margarine


Heat oven to 400 F. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch fluted pie plate. Mix ham, broccoli and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except Savory Topping until smooth. Pour into plate. (Note: I have not tried this yet but I would freeze at this point - before cooking)

Thaw pie and bake Bake 20 minutes.

For topping, mix Bisquick, almonds, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Cut in margarine. Sprinkle pie with topping. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
