Introduction

just mix all ingredients and bake! just mix all ingredients and bake!

Ingredients

    mash 3-4very ripe bananas
    add 1/2 cup milled flax seed
    2Tbs melted butter (or use i cant believe its not)
    1egg (i use 1egg white, sometimes allow part of yolk)
    1cup Hodgkins Mill Soy Flour
    1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
    1tsp salt
    1tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup sugar
    1tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    sometimes i sprinkle almond extract and chopped almonds on top before baking.

Directions

bake banana bread on lowest rack setting in oven.
preheat oven to 350degrees F
mix all ingredients in large bowl with a fork.
bake 45 - 55mins until toothpick comes out clean.
