Mix ingredients - 1 serve = 1/2 cup - I mix with a cup of kefir Mix ingredients - 1 serve = 1/2 cup - I mix with a cup of kefir

    1 cup rolled oat flakes
    1 cup rolled wheat flakes
    1 cup rolled rye flakes
    1/4 cup whole golden flaxseeds
    1/2 cup dried dates, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cupsunflower seeds
    1/3 cup raisins


Put ingredients in bowl, mix by hand. Store in an airtight container.
Mix with milk, soy milk, yogurt, kefir and fresh fruit for a great filling breakfast.
