    Azumaya Lite Tofu Extra Firm, 7 oz-cubed
    Star Olive Oil w/Garlic, 2 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 8 cloves -chopped
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    Green Beans (snap), 1.5 cup
    Ostrom sliced mushrooms (84g=5 pieces), 3 serving
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    1 c. water


in a medium skillet/wok heat the olive oil. when hot, add & sautee the onions, garlic & tofu, when brown, add green beans & broccoli and 1 cup of water. cover and let cook approx 5 mins then add mushrooms, zucchini & squash. cover and let cook another 5 mins or until veggies are soft.
makes 3-1 cup servings
