    480 g prawns
    2 tsp plain flour
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    2 tsp curry powder
    1 cup evap milk
    2 tsp smooth peanut butter


Coat prawns in flour and fry in pan spray in a frypan. Remove prawns when cooked. Add oliove oil to pan and heat, add onion and curry powder and saute until onion is soft. Add evaprated milk and peanut butter and heat until combined. Return prawns to pan and heat through.
