Ingredients

    450 g ground chicken, fried
    450 g ground turkey, fried
    1 C chopped onions, fried
    5 stalks celery, chopped, fried
    2 carrots, chopped, fried
    2 bell peppers, chopped, fried
    1 can 796 g tomatoes
    1 can 540 g red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    1 can 540 g lentils, drained & rinsed
    4 C chicken broth
    salt, garlic, parsley & chili powder to taste

Directions

Fry meat & veggies individually.
Add to crock-pot.
Add tomatoes, beans, lentils, broth & spices.
Mix well.
Cook hight 6 hours, low 10 hours.

Makes approx 15 1-Cup sevings

Serve with grated cheese or sour cream (not included in nutrition count)
