Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/4 cup oats

    1/8 cup egg whites, or 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seed (my Version)

    2 tsp brown sugar

    2 tsp all-purpose flour or Whole Wheat Flour (used in my Version)

    1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    1/4 tsp baking powder

    1 tbsp raisins

    Cinnamon to taste, about 1/2 tsp. (my Version)

    Dash of Nutmeg (my Version)

Directions

Combine the follow ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl:

1/4 cup oats
1/8 cup liquid egg whites/flax seed if using, add 3 Tbsp of tap Water!
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp flour
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp raisins
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg

Scrape batter off the sides of the bowl and flatten into a cookie shape on a microwave safe plate.

Cook in microwave for 45 seconds.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
