    2 cups milk
    2 tbsp yeast
    dash of ginger
1/4 cup splenda blend for baking
    2 tsp salt
5-6 cups flour (nutritional info for 6 cups)
1/2 cup smart balance butter spread
    3 large eggs

warm milk in microwave or on stove, allow to cool if scalding on stovetop. Add yeast, sugar, ginger and butter to slightly cooled milk. allow to sit 10 minutes for yeast to soften. add salt and flour and knead with machine or by hand until soft and just barely not sticky. don't add too much flour or the rolls won't be light and soft.
cover and let rise to 3 times original size..punch down and knead to release air bubbles. Divide into 4 equal size portions. Cover three with plastic wrap or tea towel and roll one out to an even circle.
Using pizza cutter cut into 12 triangle/wedge shapes. Starting at wide end of wedge, roll up to point and place point side down on greased cookie sheet.
allow to rise until nearly doubled.
bake at 350* for 20 minutes per pan or until golden brown.
