    125g porridge oats
    110g butter
    75g brown sugar


Preheat oven to gas 5. Line a 28 x18cm tin with parchment paper. Melt the butter.

Stir the oats and the sugar together then pour into the melted butter. Stir well.

Press the mixture into the tin and bake for 15 minutes. Leave in the tin until cool athen cut into 12 pieces.
