Introduction

vegan muffins that are delicious and very fragrant vegan muffins that are delicious and very fragrant
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup of quick oats
    1.25 cup of sugar (i used raw)
    2 tsp baking powder
    0.5 cup raspberries (or blueberries, or any 0.25 dried fruit that you prefer, like cranberries or raisins)
    0.25 cup soy milk
    0.25 cup olive oil
    0.5 tsp cinnamon (for the topping, optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F
Mash the bananas in a big mixing bowl
Combine them with the rest of the ingredients, excluding cinnamon, which is for the topping.
Make sure the consistency is like homogeneous.
Lightly grease the muffin forms, or use paper cups
Pour the mixture into the muffin forms
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Put it in the oven
Bake for 15 minutes, or when the wooden toothpick comes out clean
