Ingredients

4 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp basil, dried
1/2 tsp marjoram, dried
1/4 tsp oregano, ground
4 oz Italian cheese blend, shredded
8 Bob Evans sausage patties (from 24 oz pkg)
1/2 small onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
Directions
Brown the sausage patties in a skillet, crumbling the meat as it cooks, resulting in browned ground sausage. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl. combine the eggs, cream, water, mayonnaise, flaxseed, flour, and spices. Blend.
Remove seeds from tomatoes, and dice the tomatoes, onion, and green pepper.
Spray 9" glass pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
Add cooled sausage, cheese, and diced vegetables to egg mixture, stir to combine, and pour into pie plate.
Bake at 350 one hour.
