    1 bag Frozen Italian Style Mixed Veggies (or your favorite mix)
    1 Tbsp Butter
    2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    Italian seasoning to taste (or add basil, oregano, parsley, thyme & rosemary)


Spray frying pan w/ non-stick cooking spray. On Medium-High heat.
Add bag of frozen veggies & butter (to make healthier, can omit the butter. But the flavor suffers some).
Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
Sautee' till tender, stirring frequently. The firmer the veggies are the healthier.
Turn off heat & add Parmesan Cheese.
Serve warm.

Serving size 2/3 cup.
