Number of Servings: 8


    8 -12 cups of water ( I use Chicken stock made from the bones and extra meat of whole chicken)
    Chicken Boullion,4 cubes
    Chicken, 12 oz
    Frozen mixed vegetables, l lb bag
    1/2 cup milk
    cornstarch, 1 Tbsp
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper. 2 tsp
    thyme, 1 tsp
    basil, 1 tsp

    For Dumpling
    Bisquick, 2 cups
    2/3 cup milk


Cooking Directions: Bring water, boullion, chicken boullion, and seasonings to a boil in large stock pot. Add mixed vegetables and simmer covered for 30 minutes. In a cup mix milk and cornstarch until smooth. Add into stock pot and stir throughly. Simmer 5-10 minutes more. Cool

Freezer Directions: Once soup is cool place into plastic containers. And Freeze.

Serving Directions: Thaw soup and place in stock pot to heat. Meanwhile mix 1/2 cup of milk with Bisquick. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling soup. Cook for 20 minutes turning "dumplings" once.
