    1 large head cauliflower
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese


Clean cauliflower and cut into pieces. Put in large bowl with cover and add olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover bowl and shake to mix ingredients. Spread on cookie sheet and bake in 400 degree pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Return cooked cauliflower to large bowl and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and shake to coat cauliflower with cheese. Serve warm. Makes approximately 6 - 1 cup servings.
