    Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling, 2 cup
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Shrimp, cooked, 12 oz
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Green Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    Fat free half and half, .50 cup
    Artichoke 9 oz


Cook tortellini and drain, put olive oil in pan and cook shrimp, mushrooms, garlic and green onions, add sun dried tomatoes and artichokes to warm the add in tortellini and cream let simmer just until cream starts to thicken up.
