    1.3 lb. flank steak
    3/4 cup Absolut Pepar Vodka
    1/2 large red onion, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    8 oz. baby carrots, sliced
    4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbs. unbleached flour
    15 sheets fillo pastry
    salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste


Marinate sliced flank steak in Absolut Pepar Vodka.

Saute onion, celery, carrots and mushrooms using butter flavored cooking spray. Add flank steak. Saute until almost done. Add flour (for thickening only). Remove from heat.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray baking dish with nonstick spray. Place 12 fillo sheets in bottom of baking dish. Add fillling. Place remaining fillo on top of filling. Tuck edges in around the filling. Bake for 30 minutes.

Bake at 375 degrees until top of filli pastry is browned.
