Ingredients

    Kielbasa, pork and beef, 16 oz
    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 6 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded
    water, 1 cup

Directions

Slice kielbasa. Diced potatoes. Mix kielbasa, potatoes, and onions in a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. In a mixing bowl combine soups and water. Pour over potato mixture. Lightly stir. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
