Ingredients

3C unbleached white flour
1C Whole Wheat Flour
1C Quinoa
1/3C Whole flaxseed
1T Yeast
1/3C Cocoa
2T Organic vanilla extract
1T Cardamom
1T Cinnamon
1/2t Poppy seed
1t Salt
1t Sugar
2T Canola oil
Directions
1. Use the sugar with warm water to proof the yeast.
2. Toss all the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir it all up.
3. Add the yeast water, the vanilla, and mix. Add water until the dough is a single dough ball (not very sticky.
4. Take the oil and grease the dough and set it to rise 40 minutes.
5. Divide into two balls, Knead and form into oblong loaves, turning them onto the barely greased baking sheet.
6. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
7. Place bread in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
8. Flip over loaves and let bake for an additional 5-8 minutes.
9. Let cool before cutting.
Serving size in 1/4 of a loaf.
Serving suggestion: Spread molasses (47 kCal & minerals/T) or honey on it.
