    1 (31 oz) can Van Camp's baked beans
    2 tbsp KC Master Original BBQ sauce
    0.5 medium onion, diced
    1 tbsp A1 steak sauce
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    0.15 cup Vermont Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
    1 tbsp yellow mustard


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Dice half a medium onion. In a medium skillet (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray), cook onion over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3. In an oven-safe casserole dish, combine all other ingrediants. Once onions begin to turn translucent, remove from heat and mix into casserole dish.

4. Place on middle rack in oven. Bake for 1 hour.

Makes 7, 1/2 cup servings.
