    1 red pepper, chopped 14 oz. Can chopped tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped 4 c. stock
    5 cl. Garlic, chopped c. rice
    2 T. olive oil 2 T. worstershire
    1 can kidney beans, drained and washed 2 T. oregano


Saute pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil. Add all ingred. And bring to boil. Simmer covered for 15 min.
