    Chicken, breast,cut up
    1 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup apple juice
    1/2 tsp dried ginger


Place chicken in a freezer bag in a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add to bag. Remove air from bag, seal and freeze.

Cooking Day: Defrost in refridgerator. Preheat oven at 425 degrees and bak chicken for 30-45 minutes. Or grill on a barbeque until chicken is no longer pink.
