    pork chops, 1 lbs
    Tomato sauce, 1/3 cup
    Olive Oil, 1/3 cup
    White vinegar,1/3 cup
    Lime juice,2 Tbsp
    Chili powder,1 tsp
    Cumin, 1 tsp
    Ground cayene pepper, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp


Assembly Directions: Mix together all ingredients exceopt the meat. Place the meat in suitable freezer container or freezer bag.

If Freezing: Poour marinade in separate bag.

Serving Directions: Thaw meat and marinade thoroughly. Reserve about 1/2 cup marinade in a separate dish. Pour remaining marinade over meat and allow it to sit for 2 to 3 hours. Grill the meat or bak it at 350 until it is no longer pink in the center, 20-30 pink in center, 20 -30 minutes. Baste with the reserved marinade occasionally during cooking.
