    Bella Tavola -Chick Peas 2 cups
    Arrowhead Mills Organic Sesame Tahini, 2 tbsp
    Lime Juice,2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Cumin - ground (1 tsp),
    Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup


drain and rinse chick peas, place in food processor with all ingredients except water. pulse until puree and then add just enough water to get the consistency you like.
Makes 8 1/4 cup servings
