Ingredients

    8 oz. Whole wheat bite-sized pasta
    3 Cloves Garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
    3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    5 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Large Onions, sliced into thin wedges
    3 Chicken Breasts, cubed
    2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    Black Pepper
    4 Cups Spring Mix Salad Greens
    20 Basil Leaves, coarsely chopped
    1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    4 Stalks Celery, thinly sliced
    4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, cut into smal cubes
    1 Pint cherry tomatoes cut into halves

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
2. In small bowl combine: Garlic, grill seasoning, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, and 2 tbsp of vinegar.
3. Divide mixture into two containers add onion to one and chicken to the other
4. In salad bowl combine mustard, remining vinegar, pepper, and olive oil. Once combined add parmesan cheese. Toss with cooked pasta
5. In skillet sauttee onion 3-4 minutes then add chicken tossing until cooked through
6. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
